How Much Do Cigarettes Cost Around the World?

Of course it should come as no surprise that smoking is one of the most expensive (bad) habits that you can pick up, especially as time passes and it damages your health. But today I want to talk about just how expense that habit is to pick up in different countries.

So where should you avoid if you are a TRAVELING smoker?

Australia is the world’s most expensive country in which to be a smoker, and from tomorrow on, one pack alone will tear a whole an almost €17 hole in an Australian smoker’s wallet. With two more price increases already in sight over the next two years, Australia’s, as well as New Zealand’s smokers, are probably jealously eyeing Ukraine. There, they could get almost 370 cancer sticks for the same amount of money.
